Review on 🚰 Kingston Brass Gourmet Scape SC1008 Studio Accessory Faucet Hole Cover for Kitchen Sink in Brushed Nickel, 2" Diameter by Jose Ballard

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It worked but needed adjustment

I bought these because of the thin screws (they were easier to line up with my messed up holes) and larger (2 inch) washer size. My granite was drilled by an amateur. two overlapping holes where only one should have been. And they did it 3 times so I bought 3 of them. They are good quality and real metal but beware of the 1.5 inch bolt. I had to get 3 tension nuts and 3 long mounting screws to attach them as my granite and sink were too thick. Others had this problem too. They also don't come with rubber grommets for sealing; very important for the daily use of the sink. So I also added rubber washers. And finally, DO NOT overtighten. They begin to bend when you apply force. In general they worked, but I had to adjust a lot. I also overpaid as the price dropped over 25% when I bought them, just salt in the wound.

Pros
  • Stainless steel finish
Cons
  • Cleanliness
