User friendly and user-friendly tool !!

The best part of this software is its capability to make work easy for us as an organization with respect to project estimation & submission process. It also saves our time when it comes down to managing projects from start till end. I didn't find anything much negative about GPNM so far but if you do then please let me know through comment section or email id provided by them (if any). Well basically i am saying that my experience was great during initial stage which helped me take decision…

Pros
  • Easy use, user friendly interface alongwith various other features available inbuilt.
  • Better support response times via Email ID mentioned above
  • User Friendly tool without all technical jargon's& complicated terms used generally.! And very simple too :P ! :).:)
  • It should be called "Easy" rather not say Professional Software.
