Very good platform to get real time insights

The tool was easy to learn with its user friendly interface. I could set up my work environment in less than 5 minutes.The platform has an excellent product roadmap which makes it worth investing into.Govini team support is also great. There are not many cons about govini as such but i would like to mention that there should be more focus given towards mobile app development so that customers can access the solution from anywhere at any point of time. Govini is a cloud based customer success platform that enables businesses to build their customer relationships through personalized interactions.

After a year of dealing with various companies (including a small software shop) we decided to try Govini. Our CEO met with the CEO of Govini and after a few weeks we had signed up!
