Review on Govini by Dean Locke

After a year of dealing with various companies (including a small software shop) we decided to try Govini. Our CEO met with the CEO of Govini and after a few weeks we had signed up! Our expectations weren't high but we hoped for something better than the other companies we tried. We were pleasantly surprised! The service has proved to be extremely effective in providing us with the kind of insights we needed. We're happy with how quickly we received our own account manager, and we've enjoyed working with him throughout the process. He's been supportive, helpful, accessible and always available when we need him. Most importantly he helped us get into a business relationship that works for both parties. Overall, we think Govini provides a great service, with excellent support. It was definitely worth the wait!
