Grade Kraft Tissue Paper 12X12 Review

I needed plain acid free wash paper and it was perfect. The paper is thick and large.

These are smaller sheets of tissue paper than those available in most retail stores. I'm disappointed with the size and didn't think they were smaller than standard. They are also not bright white and are a little thinner than basic grade tissue paper. I would skip it and buy something else.

Finding acid-free tissue paper for wrapping jewelry, collectibles, and other delicate items has become very difficult. But if you want to keep things safe without damaging them, an acid-free fabric is a must. This paper arrived on time, was well packaged and will be very helpful in keeping my precious glass and painted silver and mercury jewelry intact without peeling paint or other finishes. This is the best tool for archivists.

Despite the relatively high cost per sheet, like all acid-free papers it is available in relatively small quantities (less than 100 sheets per pack). is useful for relatively small projects. Because this tissue paper is IS, it is inherently thin and will tear under pressure, but if treated as carefully as the documents it is designed to protect, it is fine.
