Grade F7 gray pressed wool felt is a medium-firm fabric commonly used for sealing and noise reduction. Minimum 80% wool provides better insulating properties and a greater ability to absorb and retain water, oils, and other liquids than felt with lower wool content. Density helps provide vibration absorption and resistance to abrasion and wear. Rated for use in temperatures ranging from -80 to +200 degrees F. Meets SAE J314 standards.
