Perfect fit for my 1982 Toyota 4x4 pickup.

Perfect for my 1982 Toyota 4x4 pickup to add a new steering wheel. Make sure your wheels are straight and your handlebars are set the way you want them before attaching.

Worked for a while. Damaged the horn pin on my truck.

I used this kit on a 1984 Toyota pickup. Although it fit, it had a solder joint on the horn contact ring that damaged the contact pin and eventually broke it. Now I have to get a new pin from Toyota to replace it and do the installation again. If you notice a bulge or solder mark on the ring, you may be able to sand it down before mounting this wheel.

  • Lighting and Electrical
Cons
  • Doubtful

Perfect fit for my Daihatsu Rocky

This adapter is suitable for Toyota and Daihatsu Rocky vehicles but may also be suitable for other vehicles. It fits perfectly on my 90's Daihatsu Rocky which is known to share parts with Toyota. The only downside to these kits is that the instructions are a bit outdated and the drawings/sketches are a little hard to understand (they are also small). It would be nice if Grant checked and updated them, but I'm sure most mechanically inclined people can figure it out.
