Graphtec Quanlity Cutting Plotter Holder Review

I bought these from Autek just 10 days ago and I am very pleased to report that they arrived today and they go perfectly with my Silhouette Cameo 2- Blade holders fit BQLZR plotter with 45 degree blade, CB09 cutting plotter, pack of 5, I ordered the first blade holder at the same time, and a few minutes after the first order, I ordered the second blade holder from Autek. Everything I bought from Autek is here and I'm still waiting for the 60 degree blades I ordered from XIAYATING but I hope…

Perfect for my Silhouette Cameo for cutting vinyl. I had issues with the Silhouette ratcheting blade, but it fits perfectly in the blade holder and with the 45 degree blade, it cuts my vinyl like butter. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a cameo. Note that using this blade in your cameo will void your warranty, but my warranty is no longer valid so I'm using it.

Can't believe it took me so long to get one of these! It's amazing that you can cut vinyl with this blade. Compared to the Silhouette blade, there is no comparison! Cuts even the toughest cuts. The only downside is that you will find the right depth by trial and error as there are no adjustments like the Silhouette blade, but once you do it will all work perfectly! I will never use a silhouette blade again!

First, it took an unrealistic amount of time to get to my mailbox. I ordered it on February 28th and received it on April 1st. The mount itself is a little tight for the Silhouette Cameo. Others say they work perfectly. At the moment I am afraid that the cameo blade holder clip will break. I have three of these for 30, 45, 60 degree blades. One of the three was very tight. The other two were fine, but I also ordered plotter blades with this order. Two different providers, one took 10 days…

I can usually get about 50 sheets of 7 mil 12x12 Mylar before I have to replace the blade. I use this on 3 sheets and have had to turn it off already! I think you get what you pay for. I know a lot of people use it on vinyl, which I think works great as it's a softer material, but spend more on an expensive blade when you're working with other types of materials, these blades dull VERY quickly. Bought a new holder for these two, should have just bought an expensive blade. So!

I cut calendered and cast self-adhesive vinyl with my Silhouette Cameo 3 and this holder works perfectly. I chose the 60° blades to be able to work with more complex patterns and I have not a single complaint. The assembly of the blade holder with spring and blade is very easy, as is the adjustment. I actually got it set up perfectly on the first try. I never got such clean and consistent cuts until I started using this holder. I will never go back to silhouette blades!
