I like to eat lunch in the park while listening to audio books. This little table quickly snaps onto my steering wheel and make it so much easier to enjoy my meal in my car. It uses a clever design that should make it work on any steering wheel. It's light and fits under my passenger seat so its out of the way. Works great, easy to use, just slips right on and right off. I've had it holding a 17" laptop without any issues. I had to flip it over and use the side without the cup holder, then the grips on the bottom worked perfectly and it didn't slide anywhere. This thing is a life saver!

I have a home-made plywood writing table over the center consul of my GMC Sierra pickup. But some things need to be done right in front of me (NOT while driving), like reading a magazine or using my laptop, and this "steering wheel tray" work very well. I have had many positive comments on my new auto office desk. It is very easy to use and store. It sags just a little if I use it for long periods of time but nothing terrible. Most just ask where they can find one just like it for themselves.

Absolutely love this thing. It looks like an item you can live without. But if you work out of your car it is a must have! Splurge and get it, it will make your life so much easier. I am a home health nurse that has to use an Ipad for everything. My Ipad has a case that flips open to a stand but trying to balance it in my lap is hell. I saw this and decided to try it, now I can't live without it.

I use this in a Ford f 150. As a newspaper sports photographer I have to file from the field. This table puts the laptop in an ergonomically correct position so I don't have to type sitting sideways. You do have to put the seat all the way back to make it work. The side without the cup holder works best for a 17 inch laptop. The table seems a little too slick to keep the laptop stable. Use a piece of shelf padding and it works just fine.

My husband works in his truck sometimes (he puts it in park first lol) and he uses this for his computer. He likes it because he doesn't have to turn to the side to use it since that was hurting his back. This is the third one he has gotten because he gave the other ones to coworkers who wanted one after seeing his.

I don't eat in my car very often but when I do it always seem to be chaotic. So in searching for auto trays I came across this item. I will say that I was skeptical of the product, but after reading reviews along the modest cost, I decided to give it a try. I have used it twice.and I am now a big fan. It fits my on my steering wheel perfectly. All of my food is right there in front of me. Easy to clean as well. Would highly recommend.

Ordered these based on the photo of it looking like they would fit almost any car's steering wheel, but tried them on both our 2002 Buick and 2013 Highlander, and they would not lay flat enough to use as advertised. Even adjusted the tilt of the steering wheels and still no go, the tray always sat at to severe an angle to be useful, and did not feel stable on the wheel at any angle. Not awesome but handy. The problem is it sits too low, not much they could do about where your steering wheel is positioned. It works much better for holding some food than any sort of work utility (holding laptop/ipad etc), but I am glad I have it and use it about once a month. Also, I thought i was ordering DARK gray like the photos but i think they call that black; the gray is a light gray.

This is a great solution for those of us who lunch behind the wheel. Sturdy and secure. Stows. in the pocket behind the passenger seat. Makes eating less messy. I may add moleskin to the point that come in contact with the steering wheel. Glad I bought it!

It is easier driving on the freeway than around town, but after a few tickets for texting on my cellphone, now I can just drive around with my laptop open and work and drive at the same time. If I have a travel mug, I don't spill on corners. I'd give it 5 stars but it does not fit every steering wheel. It fits fine in my Prius, but my Honda Odyssey is not the best fit.

I ordered this because my vehicle is my office. Anyone who has ever ate in their car has spilled a drop of ketchup or bbq sauce or something and had no idea where it went, only to find it on their clothes or seats. It works pretty good. My only complaint is that I order a black one and got a gray one. Not a big deal works alright. It's okay.

The desk was as described and arrived on time. A heavier person would not be able to use this desk for a laptop because the steering wheel is too close to your body even when the seat its all the way back. Tilting the steeping wheel up helps but will make the keyboard difficult to use. The smaller the user, the better. It is a snug fit for me at 5'10", 190 lbs in a mid sized car.

As someone who eats lunch in my car everyday, this product is a lifesaver. It helps keep my car clean and my lap clean! It fits perfectly on my sterling wheel, I did get the tip from other reviews to turn the steering wheel upside down to get it to fit properly but since I had that insiders tip I didn't waste any time figuring that out. Came in grey like everyone else’s. Box is misleading with colors showing red blue and black yet it came in a different color not even shown.

This tray works well in our 2002 Toyota Avalon. It hooks over the steering wheel and provides a flat surface to spread out a sandwich and chips when we stop to eat lunch in the car.
