Every time I do home renovations I seal my work with excellent foam. Our electricity bills are smaller, there is less dust in the house and there are fewer scorpions in the house. With this gun, installing foam becomes an easy task. No more dirty disposable glasses. I keep a loaded foam gun on hand for any job, big or small. I clean my pistol tip with Dow acetone spray after each use. Professional grade foam cans will last months on this gun. Never clogs.

Thing is way better than using cheap cans. It's also a great value if you use a lot of construction glue. You can glue an entire house together for $100. I can spend $500 on regular tube glue and it will run out before I finish the project. If you use a cleaner, it's acetone that works great. However, after you remove the cartridges, it is actually still pressurized inside the gun, like a bullet left in the chamber. A friend of mine is a contractor who recommended these for sealing air gaps in my exterior walls. I used this foam gun for filling cracks great stuff. I added insulation board and used it to seal the cracks and seams. Before that I used smaller foam cans with plastic sprayers. If you have a lot of areas to treat that would benefit from thinner or at least the same size beads, this will save you a lot of spray foam compared to traditional cans.
