Great product. I've tried alcohol and salt without much luck. Before and after photos are attached. This is a piece a friend gave me. I thought I cleaned it very well. soaked in this material until last night. Huge lumps of resin melted. TIL- The black parts of this shape should be clear! 🤢

I was worried the smell might be harsh but no problem and it works great! The first order I received was a little fishy due to the clear bottles, missing labels and weird things inside the bottles, but Revain had me send it back for a replacement and the product looks like the picture and works with a little effort good and pretty fast.

I've soaked my friend's glass with it and I've never been so disgusted and impressed at the same time. I soaked them for about an hour and the pieces came out whole. Every detail is now immaculate. I used a pipe cleaner to work on the big chunks, but when it was difficult I just soaked it longer. If you smoke with glass, you need it. Smells good too!

I don't know how much these people are paying reviewers to leave these good reviews but this is the worst deal I've paid money for and I want to return it unopened, possibly for a partial refund because this product doesn't do the job. I tried this product because it is 'green' and got great reviews. To be honest I was disappointed. While good for soaking small pieces of glass, it's not very good for removing dirt. Even with the included brushes, it can take multiple cycles of soaking, scrubbing, and rinsing. It doesn't contain any solid particles (like salt), so shaking won't help.
