Such a solid backpack. No rubbing or tingling. This keeps my back cool and comfortable in all conditions. Lots of space inside, practical side pockets for water bottles. I'm really impressed with the Juno 30 H20! Years ago I had a moisturizer pack and hated it because it never dried out completely. Heard a lot about Gregory's backpacks so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! The product came quickly after ordering. The tank is very easy to remove from the packaging and wash. I had some trouble bending the hose and attaching it properly to the magnet on the front of the shoulder strap, but figured it out after a few tries. I only filled the tank 2/3

TERRIBLE quality of the Gregory 3D Hydro H2O pack! Water outlet tip to get a drink, difficult to open, broken. When pulling the hydropack out of the backpack the handle came loose and created a hole that couldn't be used, leaking everywhere!
