Turn any half-sheet pan into a non-stick surface, eliminating fattening oils, grease, messy sprays, and expensive parchment paper for clean, effortless food removal without waste, hassle, or extra calories. Better baked goods: Designed for use in all types of ovens (except direct-fire ovens), these professional-grade (BPA Free) mats can be used with pans or sheets to improve overall heat distribution and air circulation, for even and consistent results, with no burned or undercooked spots. Reusable & economical: These eco-friendly, non-stick mats can be used again and again, therefore saving money on sprays, oils, and butter plus parchment paper, aluminum foil, and other standard pan and sheet preparation materials, as well as eliminating waste after use. Highly versatile: The baking options are nearly endless with these handy non-stick mats, including cookies, sticky caramels, gooey bread, or even baked fish. They are a baker's dream at preventing messes, catching drips and spill-over from bubbling casseroles or pies. Food immediately slips away!

I bake a lot and parchment paper can get expensive. They are reusable, easy to clean, and food will slide off. My last set lasted a few years and I hope these last as much or longer. They eliminate the need to clean pans. I just lay down a piece of aluminum foil, place a baking mat on top and I'm good to go.

Pros
  • A dream comes true
Cons
  • Frequency

Disappointed with this product.

I recently bought this but am returning it. Didn't work as expected as the cookie fat went through the mat so I had to wash the top of the mat, the bottom of the mat as well as the pan. This is my first experience with silicone baking mats but I consulted with friends to understand that they should not be porous and only need to be wiped clean after use (not on both sides).

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Not happy with everything

Better than parchment paper

My baking sheets get old and get scratched so something sticks, so I started using parchment paper instead of throwing away the baking sheets. I've used parchment paper for many years, but ended up "showing off" with it. I wash them and then just store them in bowls. My sheets are stored upright and even then stay flat in the baking sheets. They are easy to clean and make cleaning a pleasure. I love them and will buy them for my daughters.

Pros
  • Good build quality
Cons
  • Very expensive

In case you need to check your smoke detectors.

I've used them twice and both times they came out of the oven smoking which in turn set off the smoke alarm. I'm also worried about chemicals getting into my food because of the smoke. I gave two stars because despite everything they are really non-stick, easy to clean and perfect for my baking sheets. However, based on their reaction in my oven, I've decided to stop using them and go back to parchment paper.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

It's awesome! I've heard good things about reusable baking.

This is fantastic! I've heard a lot of good things about reusable baking mats but was skeptical if they really work and if they end up sopping the bottom of the food. Luckily they work great. This was my first time using them to make cinnamon rolls and honestly they were the best cinnamon rolls I've ever made. Usually the bottom half always burns when the top half is cooked no matter what I use. These mats allowed everything to cook evenly without burning or soaking the floor. Very satisfied…

Pros
  • Many will
Cons
  • Many things

Oven smoked for the first time

I bake a lot of bread so I need a baking mat that can withstand the high temperatures in a slow cooker and unlike parchment paper it will peel off the bread easily. I read a few reviews about smoking mats in the oven, so I placed the mats on a baking sheet in the oven at 480 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour. They smoked the kitchen with a horribly smelly smoke for about half an hour, and then gradually stopped smoking. The carpets are perfectly preserved at this temperature, so I recommend you to

Pros
  • High test results for hold and shelf life
Cons
  • Interval

Keeps me from wasting aluminum foil!

Edited October 11, 2019: I threw one away because it was too difficult to clean. The second is on trial. I would only recommend them for low-fat foods. If you cook something greasy on them, like baked chicken wings, they'll be very difficult to peel. No matter how hard I try, I clean these things, wipe them dry, and later when I take them out of my drawer to use them again, they feel slippery and greasy to the touch. I'm not sure, but right now I'm thinking about switching back to non-stick…

Pros
  • fingers crossed
Cons
  • weight

Strong chemical smell/taste

I don't usually write reviews. I tried to contact the company directly about a week ago but didn't get a response, so I feel compelled to provide an update here so as not to disturb others. I've used silicone baking mats from a variety of brands over the years and have never had a problem. When we first used one of these mats last week, we noticed a strong chemical/perfume odor from toasting a tray of almonds at low temperature, but were unable to pinpoint the source. It wasn't until a family…

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Fairly good
