I carefully placed raw vegetables and a steak on the mat. First I washed the carpet and followed all the instructions. There was an outbreak due to grease dripping onto the fire, the mat burned out and lost its non-stick coating. Threw it away after one use. I cook at 300 degrees or less. Not quite the durable product I was hoping for.

I purchased this Grillaholics grill mat on December 30, 2018. It said it had a lifetime guarantee. Recently, the black coating has started to peel off my hands and the products I cook on them. I've been looking for a way to contact Grillaholics about the issue to no avail. Overall I like the product but am having a hard time figuring out how to contact them.

When I received the grill mat I was amazed. Have used it 24 times already and there is little to no wear on either side of the mat. Easy cleaning. Using this saves me the fat burns I usually get since it doesn't run into the fire. The food cooks evenly and I still have grill marks as it cooks. I bit the bullet and spent money on it and I'm glad I did.

I was a little excited to try these after reading the product description. So I cooked the ribs over medium heat. The meat wasn't sticky at all - it's great! But when I removed the floor mats to clean, I noticed the black rubbery coating melted exposing the white fiberglass. I had to take the $18 I spent on it and just run the bills through a paper shredder. The result would be the same.
