Nice pepper grinder and very easy to use, worth the price

This is the first purchase of a pepper mill online. Glad to see the delivery is fast and the packaging is so nice. And this one pair pepper grinder, one for salt grinder, one for pepper grinder, really useful, it has nice wood, looks solid, looks very good in my kitchen. .Want to buy another one for my mother.

Beautiful but difficult to handle

I love the look of it, but it takes forever to grind a pepper. It takes a serious toll on my wrist just adding a little pepper to my dishes. Would probably be great on the table, but not great for flavoring food while cooking. - Edited - I'm increasing my rating from three to four stars because the company has contacted me to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service!

I have long dreamed of getting a beautiful set of wood for everyday use in the kitchen.

They work well as salt and pepper mills. I was dying to have a nice everyday wood set on my kitchen counter and they did just the right thing. My only gripe is that they're indistinguishable, which led to some early salt and pepper glitches. For now I've tied a ribbon to the pepper mill to tell them apart, but I have longer term plans to try and carve the "S" and "P" into the wood when I get there. Otherwise this is a good choice.
