I love the height adjustment of this grinder stand. This stand can accommodate a variety of people of all sizes! I'm not tall so I can lower the grinder. When my tall friends come, they can lift it. The 4 legs are spread wide enough to create a stable base. Mounting the lower legs on the stand was awful. Looks like a sturdy stand for a 1hp polisher. in my garage but there are a few issues with this stand. 1) The package lacked the hardware required for assembly. dimensions other than those indicated in the instructions. According to the instructions, all fasteners were supposed to be SAE, but in fact some of the fasteners were metric, not SAE, and two metric nuts needed for assembly were missing from the packaging. 3) The stand is not stable enough because the legs are too short so the stand…

The tool list does not include the 14mm open end wrench needed to operate the levels due to the threads being clogged. I found that a magnet and piece of tape helped tighten the internal screws because my working hands are too big to put two fingers and a screw in there. A picture is worth a thousand words. I like this stand for several reasons. This is a lightweight, durable, easy to assemble, and affordable custom mount that will stay in my garage for a long time. The key to assembling the base is to lightly tighten all the screws first before tightening them.
