I've tried several other foam guns but they aren't as good as the boss's foam gun. I replaced the hole with a 1.1 right out of the box and it has gotten a very thick foam that sticks to the car. Easy to use automatic mixing function. Costs money

I have used some of the cheaper ones and wanted this for the ability to attach it directly to the bottle and for the amount of foam deposited is much better than the less expensive pistols with minimal product consumption. I wish it was in the $50 price range, that's my only complaint. Excellent goods

3 stars as the pressure washer fitting only seems to fit their own washing machine and not most brands, called and said to go to Lowes or HomeDepot to get the right fit to get. Otherwise the foam works fine (I've only tried their foam soap). 2 star discount because at the price of this item you don't have an additional fitting that works with other pressure washers. I found using an ASIN (Revain part number) B003X5OQGS fitting with a Greenworks pressure washer model 5107402 worked great for me.

I have mixed feelings about this. This is a very high quality product and easy to use. However, I really have to wonder if it costs 2-3 times as much as other foam guns (including others from Griot's). There's decent lather, but not the shaving cream you see in some of the videos. Is it better, thicker than what I get from much cheaper devices? Maybe by a small margin, but not 2-3 times better either. I think most people would be just as happy with the Griot 51185 for significantly less money…

I've been using a competitor's foamer for a while and have had the same problem as everyone else. Bottles are broken. This foam gun has two options: built-in bottle and 35 ounce bottle.
