Disappointing Socks

Well I was very disappointed in these socks. After paying 5x what you normally pay I expected them to keep their promise to keep your feet dry and warm. They don't either, sorry! I didn't mind the (very) high price and yes, they are VERY well made. But as far as keeping my feet warm and dry (at home), they're no better than any other $5 socks I own. I am sorry.

Pros
  • Made in USA
Cons
  • Some Imperfections

Very comfortable BUT a little warm.

I've worn these socks several times. They are very comfortable. Much more than a standard cotton sock. They are a bit warmer than we would like for warmer weather. They are NOT hot but my feet sweat a lot so I like to keep them as cool as possible, especially when the temperature is above freezing. They're great for me when the weather is a bit cooler, but in warmer weather I use lighter socks.

Pros
  • Wool blend
Cons
  • Can't remember

LoL is 2 socks for $16.

It would be better Cadillac quality and comfort. Right? I bought 2 socks for $16. I thought it was a pack of socks. I sort socks and appreciate the good quality of the products made in the USA. Can't that be the best thing we do? Even if it was 4 socks for $16 I would be fine with that. But 2? LoLI wish they would sell big packs. And here I am. buy more. You are reading about that. I just bought 3 pairs of socks for $50 🥴 but I think it's ok. They really are that comfortable.

Pros
  • 100% MADE IN THE USA. GRIP6 is a provider and advocate for quality homework. Not only are these socks made by GRIP6, but the materials are also sourced in the USA and most of the wool comes from our backyard, the Rocky Mountains.
Cons
  • Availability for exchange

It's Time to Buy Wool Socks

The production of wool socks has come a long way. I've worn wool socks for winter and hiking for decades because they retain heat when wet. They are durable but not very comfortable. The times have changed! These are by far the most durable and comfortable socks I own. They fit snugly on the foot, so they don't wrinkle in the heel and/or toe area like other socks when walking or running. Also, they are thick to fit you better (no blistering). Finally there is no smell of sweaty feet. Worth…

Pros
  • HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL - 36% Wool, 58% Nylon, 6% Elastic - This combination of wool, nylon and elastic is perfect to retain the benefits of wool - moisture wicking, breathability, stretch and elasticity. Insulation that combines the advantages of nylon and elastic, namely increased strength and the ability of the material to return to normal.
Cons
  • Disappear

Great socks for runners.

I only wear wool socks because I seem to be allergic to synthetics. I typically run 12-15 miles a week so I'm not a hardcore runner, but I get enough miles on my gear to flaunt inferior products. So far I really like these socks. They're nice and tight, but not so tight that they cut off circulation. They are not too thick and regulate the temperature very well. My favorite socks are Smartwool and Darn Hard. If the Grip6 lasts I might just switch to it. I would wish they made invisible socks…

Pros
  • ROCKY MOUNTAIN MERINO - Fine Micron Rambouillet merino wool from the USA makes these socks comfortable.
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Too small for me: Socks

I love the Grip6 straps, have been wearing them almost every day for three years so thought I'd try their socks. I wear US size 15m shoes which means I have to buy XL size socks when I get them, so I was happy to see that Grip6 offers XL size. I don't know if the packaging was wrong or something but the socks I received didn't go past my heel. The marked heel area only reached to the arch of the foot. I think even a man with a men's size 12 will not be able to wear them comfortably. At the time

Pros
  • THE PERFECT SHIN SOCKS. These high quality ankle socks sit comfortably over your regular running shoes and fit snugly to the edges of your low-cut hiking boot, meaning these socks should be your everyday socks. for years to come
Cons
  • I don't have a huge aversion to them, everything is fine
