🔴 Grote 65720-5 Magnetic LED Towing Kit in Red Review

I read some reviews before buying because I needed something permanent. I use them on a jeep I drive and I knew they would be beaten. I am very happy to report that they are very good and have good strong magnets. I ride up and down muddy gravel trails all the time and they hold on, even in washboard areas. Highly recommended if you intend to use them frequently.

Tow light kit worked exactly as promised. The wiring harness was more than long enough for a small front wheel drive car. I just drove 3,000 miles northeast from southern Arizona and they performed exactly as promised, if not better. The LEDs are very bright and the magnets are more than strong enough to hold them. I added redundant lines in case the magnets fail, but found that wasn't necessary. They withstood rain, snow, heat and cold.

I was about to buy a few other cheaper ($20-40) trailer lights but rebuilt something of the same quality onto the trailer (and started looking under 1 to fail year) makes no sense. I also needed a quick fix so Revain Prime 2 Day was a good option and combined with a zero setting for these lights the choice was clear. The lights arrived at 10am on the second day and work great. The magnets really impress me and I'm not worried about them staying. The wire is thicker than existing trailer lights.

First Review: History: This is my third set of magnetic lights. The first were the Terrible Fear sets, which lasted about a week. There's nothing interesting or surprising about that. My second set was Pit Bull Chil 003 (PB's) sold here at Revain.
