A must-have tool when dealing daily tasks

The best thing about this software is that it helps us to keep track of all our contacts, customers or clients in one place which makes life easier for users who are looking out there for new prospects/customers. This allows you to view contact details including phone numbers from various sources such as social media platforms like Facebook etc., thereby making your job more easy than ever before!   • It's well designed, easy to use, and quite user friendly

  • It could be better if there was some kind of an option for live chat

I like that it has many features, including tasks/inbox management with email alerts for new messages to keep me up to date without having too much clutter in my inbox! It's easy enough if you're familiar wtih Outlook or Gmail but there are some things not intuitively obvious at first glance (like where certain fields go). The UI can be less than ideal so make sure your team uses this product effectively before purchasing more licenses as they may need training from their IT department since…

Great Product! Helps Keep Everything Organized

We have been using this product for over 7 years now, it has served us well with all of our communication needs in regards to customers, prospects, vendors etc. I don't think there are any downsides at this time, but we would like more integration options between other products (ie Outlook).
