Received yesterday and I like it so far. The kids especially love the racing part. It was easy to put together and I LOVE that the screws are separated by their respective sections and are nicely marked. The lumbar support is a bit large but I think it will contract over time. Moving the lower back up and down is a little tricky as the strap is very tight as it goes behind the seat. I also think it will get a little easier over time. The chair looks good and although many have complained about the assembly I found it quite easy. My main problems with this are as follows. There's very little padding in the seat itself. You'll really feel it in an hour or two. It's a total pain, you know how to finish that sentence and it's no joke, it really hurts. One of the armrests was exceptionally loose when I received the chair (compared to the other, it would move if a moth farted on it). It took 3 attempts to contact the manufacturer

Update 2: Since I still had time for the 1 year warranty that the manufacturer proudly boasts of, I contacted their customer service and explained the situation to see if I could get replacement parts.
