I've been buying sentinel bells for a long time without any problems. When I bought it, it broke very quickly. Not a very good sign!

I have ordered this bell for the 3rd time from the same customer. The first two times it was fast and came in a nice felt bag and it was exactly what I was looking for. The third time it was the same call but not in a bag but connected to a cardboard display. I've used them for gifts and wasn't too happy to see they ran out of pockets. I emailed the seller but never got a reply so I only gave it 2 stars.
