They work ER SO WELL!

I love stuff like that. They really work! Now just make some rulers 6X24", 6X36", 6X42" and even 6X72"! I'm really not joking!

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

That works great. It holds the fabric in place so it doesn't shift

I read about it on one of the quilt pages and it's exactly as described. That works great. It grips the fabric to keep it in place, is easily adjustable in size and has a strong cutting edge. I hope the warranty holds as many plastic items break after use.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Some problems

A QUICK AND CONVENIENT WAY TO CUT FABRIC TO WIDTH

Very handy for quickly and precisely cutting fabric in 1/8" increments. The instructions come in two parts - it's impractical to adjust both to get the right alignment. As with With all plastic items, I plan to handle the movement and locking knobs carefully to avoid accidental damage, and I advise you not to overdo it when adjusting. Of course, you can do the same by sticking 2-3 layers of blue masking tape on the back of a long ruler - but you have to move the tape measure for each…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Doesn't inspire confidence in accuracy

Not very durable. The lead was very difficult to "snap into". I always thought that wasn't quite right. I wouldn't trust this ruler for accurate cuts. It also looks thin. I've tried using it a few times but just didn't fall down like I can trust it. It can be convenient to cut paper. Not for me.

Pros
  • Sewing tools
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

This ruler has made my quilting life a little easier

I love this ruler! It helps a lot if you can set your measurements and then just line up the edge and go! I will definitely buy addons that work with it. I currently have two rulers and will probably get a third so I can cut longer pieces without bending or bending.

Pros
  • Sewing supplies and accessories
Cons
  • Damaged

Not precise enough for me.

I leave it for some specific purposes (with paper, not for quilting). I wasn't impressed with the accuracy of the measurement when the "line" was set. This was almost 1/8 inch from my reference draftsman's steel ruler, which I use to judge all of my quilting tools. I regularly switch rulers throughout a project depending on what I'm measuring/cutting, so I only allow less than 1/16 inch difference between my tools. It was beyond my tolerance. But I found it handy for cutting stacks of paper for
