This pen is not only stylish, but also has an excellent point. It distributes the ink evenly, giving me full control over the thickness of the line. It's really a great tool that I love to use for creativity. It conveys a sense of pride and confidence. None of my previous glass pens were so beautiful!

I had never used a glass dip pen before and wanted to try it without spending a lot of money. I really enjoy using this item and it is definitely worth the price. Extremely smooth draw, there is no "scratchy" feel of a metal spring. Holds a lot of ink so you don't have to re-dip every half inch of the line. I haven't painted anything with it yet, but it's definitely my first choice for sketching. Clean, precise lines for contouring or shading, and (again) very smooth for nice, even curves…

holds the ink well and gives a good, even line (sometimes a little thicker) for much longer. I expect. The color and pattern on the glass is very attractive (reminds me of the glass paperweights my grandma used to collect) and a lot more stylish than the shiny ones that are more common out there. I prefer the look of a large lightbulb with straight channels at the top of the "tip" but they don't provide a straight line to write on.
