The best thing is that you can easily customize your own software with all of its features available to make it more interactive for guests as well employees! It's also really easy in managing everything from front-office checkin/checkout process through guest management via mobile app or website interface - so no need anymore using paper checks at reception area!! I think if there are any problems they have very quick response time once contacted them by phone call / email & helpdesk ticketing

I really like how easy it is to use for all of our staff members! It's so simple that even my grandmother could figure out everything she needs in one glance (she has no computer experience at this point). The interface isn't very intuitive though - there are some things you can do with an app but not through their website or mobile apps which makes sense since they're more targeted towards business owners than customers/users who just need something basic set up quickly without too much hassle
