Volume button not working. It just mutes or resets to the same volume that wasn't there. I can't get the original remote to work or the new replacement I bought here.

The remote itself was a nice size unlike most soundbar remotes. It worked with my soundbar without programming. The problem is that the volume button only muted the sound.

Ordered this remote control. In return I got the top part for the primer gun. Also the cap gun does not increase or decrease the volume of my soundbar. I wish I could at least get the bottom of a cap gun so I could use it.

Came in a cheap plastic bag with no instructions, batteries or any documents. After seeing how I got this cheap remote without having a clue how to use it, I returned it. I would have thought that you would somehow ask the Chinese to put instructions in the package. After all, the markup should be monumental.
