The battery was very difficult to insert. There is no code for our TV. Extremely disappointed. If it worked as it should it would be good value for money but little value as it is.

Easy to program and works just like the original. Given that Dish no longer supports remote controls on non-bin systems, I was very pleased with this find. After the first one worked, I ordered another one for another TV.

This is not good! It doesn't even work with satellite - the little guide that comes with it says "Can't program on the SAT" in the first step! Serious?!? I can't even understand how Revain allows companies to sell such a useless product. Sent back immediately! Trust me, don't waste your time and energy on this product!

Of course I put new batteries in and it really worked for about 1 day then I saw that when I used the remote both TV1 and TV2 changed and this only should have been TV1! The tutorial/instructions were really useless and I'm angry because I'm a person who works 10 hours a day and I love to come home and watch the shows I've recorded. I will definitely return it and will not recommend it to anyone.

I have replaced this particular remote before, also bought from Revain and it worked like clockwork, I had no problem pairing it with my TV. This particular model only has two batteries, not the usual 4. After many frustrating hours with tech support, all I can do is turn on the satellite, show the guide and enter the channels. I need to use another remote control to turn on the TV and adjust the volume. This is a cheap fake made in China.

Instructions were written by someone whose native language was clearly NOT English. hard to follow. It works for most functions but does not turn the TV on and off. The volume is not adjusted. Other features I've tried work fine. The battery compartment has extended protrusions on either side of the opening, making it very difficult to insert a second battery. It just doesn't fit past the tab at the top.
