The support team are incredibly helpful and will do anything for their customers. They are always there when you need them, even during non business hours. The system has been very easy for us as we are small business, but also allows our customers to see everything they need in one place. I wish it had more information about what was coming up next so i could be able to make better decisions when scheduling staff or training new employees - this would help me plan my time much easier! I like the ability to customize the templates to look as I want. I can't find anything that I dislike. There is a lot to choose from and it can be a little overwhelming. The templates are very simple, but they can be altered to look exactly the way I want them. My clients love the ease of use and the customization of what they see. I like how easy it was for my employees as well with their questions, concerns or issues they had during implementation process at our restaurant! It's very simple to use & navigate once familiarized yourself w/ its layout / features - there are many helpful tips included in training materials so learning curve isn't too steep if this software tool meets all business requirements (which we did).
