It's very crumpled and the box was beaten to hell and then wrapped in a parcel for postage. The path is easy to assemble and show. Very pleasantly surprised that everything is on and working great. Happy with my purchase!

Used item sent, no box, just came in a plastic bag. missing power pack, missing stakes and tethers. Apparently previously used although it should have been new. And the price was overpriced compared to the regular retail price. Would give 0 stars here if I could.

This inflatable was either cheaper or cheaply refurbished and sold as new. In any case, it is not a quality product. When I first unpacked and plugged this inflatable in, the lights came on but the fan didn't work, which was annoying considering how long I had to wait for it to arrive in the mail.
