Type of review

I have a large orange cat that weighs over 11lbs and was having a hard time finding a harness that he would take. Large chest straps and other bulky ones sold these days, he squatted and didn't move. It was recommended by a colleague and he thinks it's pretty cool, but he takes it and wears it outside. Much better than letting him out to be hit by a car (so we lost another cat).

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Almost never

My cat looks hot in pink!

Bought this for my cat as we have started taking her on camping trips. I was worried that she had fled the trailer and wanted to find a way to catch her as she walked out the door. As well as a reflector in case we need to find them at night. She didn't seem to mind at all. I put it on at home and even with the name tag we added she didn't seem to care. She is an 8 lb cat and fits a medium size. I would recommend the large size for large cats.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Out of style

Suitable for my cat. Fits harness

I have a medium sized harness and it fits my two cats. They both weigh about 11 pounds. One of my cats is fatter than the other because the other cat has more muscles. I tried it on both cats and neither cat managed to get out of this harness. I've tried a kitty holster before and my only cat was scared and shied away from it like a t-shirt. My only issue is that I don't want the spot where you attach the leash to be behind the cat between the shoulder blades. My only cat sometimes freaks out…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Clarity

Nice dishes, but not for fat cats.

Nice little crockery. I ordered a large meatball for my 20lb cat but it wasn't big enough. Luckily it fits my 12lb cat perfectly. The design is good in theory, but not so good in practice. Since it's basically just a number 8, tightening the chest area tightens the collar. So if your cat is acting strangely and snooping on his stomach with the harness on, the chest strap will move back an inch and tighten the collar like a sling. You end up with a limp cat like the ones you see on YouTube. Do…

  • Impressive

High quality: collars, harnesses and leashes

They run small, so you may need to order a size up! The reflective material is great; not seen in; no plastic object for a dog to chew on! The most; he fits! My pup had 6 other harnesses, all great but she was able to twist her body right out of them! A dog with narrow shoulders can slip out of a regular harness. I started looking in stores for the figure eight strapping. No one wears them for dogs and few for cats. Fiona couldn't wriggle out of this harness. In addition, the adjustment of this

My cat loves it - Cats

This is a great harness for my cat. He knows if I put it on he'll go somewhere to have fun. It's easy to put my cat in a harness - that's what I thought before I bought it. What I like is that he can still wear his collar and tags (just in case he gets released!). The other suspension I have does not allow this. My cat has never been able to slip out of it and he doesn't try to pull it over his head. I don't think he even realizes he's wearing this harness and it doesn't impede his movements in

  • Weight
Cons
  • Damaged

Great harness for Wiggly Kitties

I was a little hesitant to buy this but I'm glad I did. My cat Loki loves harnesses as much as he hates collars. He breaks any collar I give him within 48 hours. He likes his harnesses, but when he goes mad he always manages to get out of it. When his two-year-old dishes finally broke, I found this one. I saw several reviews that said this suspension was "wobble resistant" and decided to give it a try. This suspension is as wobble-resistant as I have ever seen. I'd say absolutely no wobble, but

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

It worked for me but the cat didn't like it a bit

I bought this for my 12 lb cat for our country trip. I have worked/done well. She couldn't get away from it. But to be honest I haven't really tried. I was expecting total hype so I went for an eight and not the other types of harness but I really think it would work with my little scared cat. I didn't leave her in it alone (based on other reviews) to make sure she didn't choke. When I first put a harness on her a few days before our trip, she was immediately afraid to act. She kind of wandered
