Worked well - nuts

A few had issues with the threads but other than that they worked for what I needed them for. I would highly recommend them but you may need a thread brush to clean the threads as needed.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

Does not match the listed quantity

They do the job, although in terms of quality I had a project that required the exact amount of nuts listed on the product listing. I missed three so now I have to order another bag. It will be from another seller.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Works well, reasonable price

Love it. Placed anywhere on the rail and tightened to prevent slipping. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because about 5% were (noticeably) bad themes, so make sure you weed them out first. For the price I can live with that.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Functionality

Cheap Nuts in Nuts

Nuts of decent quality, they have a texture so they bite into the extrusion well, they don't slip after being "locked" properly. However, I'm deducting a star because some of the nuts that came with them had holes that weren't straight and some still had metal shavings in the threads, rendering them completely unusable. Overall decent packaging and quality of these nuts but some of them were unusable so order a surplus if an exact amount is needed.

Pros
  • Good Thing
Cons
  • No Instructions

Deez (excellent) Nuts! best in T-nuts

At $0.36 each this is amazing. Almost identical to the OpenBuilds nuts, I've used them for V-slot extrusion with no problems. They are strong and easy to deploy, with lots of threads. You will need 8mm screws for most of the items attached to it. If you're using OpenBuild's V-Slot and need cage nuts, get them here - don't buy them from OpenBuilds for their asking price ($0.75 each). at the time of this writing). I love OpenBuilds, but you can save money by using alternative sources.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • I'll write later

"American Prices " on "Chinese Junk "

I bought 2,100 packs of these things. When I start working with my 2020 Misumi extrusion die, I notice imperfections in the nuts. I'm starting to see: No thread Simple hole (overcut) The tap is slanted so that the screws come in at an angle Partial threads and similar problems. I also get about 10% defects with just the first bag. For what I paid (30 + 7 for express) this is a complete rip off. The quality is the same as my Chinese suppliers who charge 1/10 of it with the same kind of QA. Butโ€ฆ

NOT SUITABLE for 2020 extrusion

I ordered them from: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01C3LHMSG/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_3 Fit perfectly with a bit of patience through threading. The nuts are too wide to insert and this interferes with the auto locking of the nuts so I now have to insert the nuts from the back after changing. I say the 2020 extrusion that doesn't fit is this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001F0I3G2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. So now I either have to go back or find a better manufacturer. orโ€ฆ

A real disappointment suppressor.

If you've done anything with an extruded aluminum T-Nut or V-Nut, you've probably experienced the "pain" of not using enough T-Nuts to fasten everything you want and have . Tear apart your project (maybe multiple times) to fix the problem. These nuts can save lives, or at least reduce frustration. Simply attach the bolt and T-nut loosely to the item to be attached, slide the nut into the slot and tighten. When you tighten the nut, it rotates to the locked position. You may need to "rattle" theโ€ฆ
