It is pricey but it solves a big problem in the small cockpit of a Miata and looks like it belongs there. Very heavy duty and stable. There was no other solution and this one works perfectly. Very happy with it.

Holds iPhone 8plus. American made, heavy duty. Fits in Miata cup holder slot perfectly. Comes w 2 extra magnetic mounts as well. Expensive but worth it!

This lasted two days and the cheap plastic clamp snapped. The only reason they can charge $100 for this is because it is made specifically for the Miata. Even if it did not break it is not worth that amount of money. Maybe $30 compared to other cell phone mounts on the market.

This works very well. Previously I had my iPhone mounted in the AC vent, which blocked the air. Now it is lower and more out of the way. The only issue has been figuring out where to mount the metal plate to keep the iPhone from rotating or falling off the magnet. I ended up buying a couple more metal plates to help with this.

I know this mount is on the pricey side, but I would purchase it all over again. Quality is very good and it is made in the US. It uses the spot that holds the drink holder. I am using the magnetic base with my Samsung Note8. I turned the rectangular metal plate on the side and put it all the way to the bottom of the phone ( behind the case ).
