I have bought this pack of socks twice, about a year apart. I exchanged the first pair after a year because the socks had holes. I liked them so much that I bought them a second time. Never again. This time the socks only lasted 4 months. I bought them in April. It's August now. Of the 6 pairs, I only have 2 pairs left and the heels are getting thin. I wear shoe size 6.5 and after washing/drying they are a bit too big for me. For reference, they go a little above my ankle, but that doesn't affect my comfort. The first set has a very smooth, soft, high quality material and comfortable plush padding in the ankle, arch and toes, while the ones I got the second time have a very thin and scratchy material with a completely different texture and terrible pilling. Advantages: They are soft, true to size and there are no annoying seams at the top. extremely thin to transparent like nylon! I have small, narrow feet so the material on my feet isn't quite stretched but I can still see every detail of my foot through the toe.
