🚚 HAPPIJAC Qwik-Load Truck Camper Tie Down Turnbuckles Review

I have Happy Jack bindings on my truck, I bought them for a friend who was impressed when he saw them on mine. They work great and are easy to put on and take off.

Good quality at a good price. They are designed for Happijac ties and too short for my Torklifts. I expanded the threaded part with threaded rod pieces and long nuts.

The turnbuckles fit and work very well, the spring tension holds them tight without causing or damaging them. We've driven a few hundred miles and when we checked they were the same as when installed

Happijac in the already known quality. Qwik Cargo turnbuckles are totally worth the extra money. In addition to my own thoughts on how good they are, everyone who has worked on my RV or helped me dock and undock has commented on how good and easy these buttons are. And at least half of those people swore they'd get a set. So my 5 stars come from me and about a dozen friends.

I haven't used them yet but I already like them. I needed a quick release lanyard because the driver's front tied the buckle to the gas filler door. After a bit of research I decided to buy quick release buckles for all 4 mounts. My hands hurt after tightening all 4 zip ties by twisting them by hand. I no longer see that as a problem. These camper mounts look solid and well tailored. Chrome and/or stainless steel should last for years. The threaded section at the bottom of each cylinder is about 1 inch long, not just a nut welded to it. Some lube like silicone spray can extend the lifespan. Turn the cylinders just enough for the knobs to push the latch all the way down, but not so much that you end up bending the knobs! I recommend not screwing the knobs in, but leaving one or two in the door pocket and the rest in the tool…
