This amino acid supplement did nothing for me. I didn't experience any improvement in my workouts or recovery time. The one good thing is that it mixed easily in my water bottle. However, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their overall health and performance.

This is the best L-arginine deal you can get. That's probably almost a year's supply (I didn't calculate it, but it's a lot) that along with a good multivitamin you can really feel the difference. This is an excellent deal that I would recommend to anyone.

Came in 2 half size sachets not 1 full size sachet. Doesn't affect my score, just unexpected. Terrible taste, when I mix it with water I can hardly swallow it. When I add it to soda I don't notice the taste at all (it's gross but very weak). I can't blame them because it just tastes like 100% pure AAKG.
