The bop-it button was sticky. Plain warm soap and water didn't work. I'm afraid to use anything else as it might damage the rubber/plastic. It works well, but over time we've found that it wipes your high scores for no apparent reason. So my son is angry.

The toy was dirty and rusted inside. It comes with 3 batteries but only one is dead. One of the buttons sometimes does not respond. Luckily I can turn it off so the game doesn't ask you to press it. It took me 30 minutes to get it working. I had to remove the rust on the battery spring. I would rate it 0 stars if it didn't turn on.

This is one of those toys that is addictive to play with. I didn't understand the concept at first but my daughter demonstrated it to me and also showed some YouTube videos of people playing it. This thing is a blast at parties, get a group of people in a circle and see who can play it the longest. Yes I know it seems expensive but this thing is worth the price. Don't go for the smaller version; you need this big one Believe me. For real :)

We got one of these from a store and it didn't work. We brought it back to the store. We bought a second one here (all stores were sold out) and again it didn't work. The kids got a chance to play a round or two and it wouldn't come on again. We looked at the troubleshooting information and FAQs on the websites for this product and none of the suggestions worked.
