The wrench failed to tighten the nut.

I tried using the product and found that the jaw's fixed teeth do not engage the rim of the nut, so it keeps slipping off. As a result, the nut was removed with an adjustable wrench. buy returns.

Great value for a homeowner

Worked very well for me when I installed a new water filter faucet. If you're a DIYer or tradesman who needs these tools to last and pay for themselves, maybe spend a little more and buy the Rigid brand. For pure domestic service? Perfect.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Has flaws

Telescope! for wrenches

This is one of those tools that you only need every few years, but when you need it, you need it and there's no other choice. If you ever expect to find yourself under a sink trying to replace a faucet, you're going to need this! And I strongly recommend that you find a telescopic (adjustable length) one.

Makes tightening a loose valve easier.

Make sure you use it correctly. Some reviews claim it won't last. There were no problems. If used incorrectly, nothing will stick. I believe this is an issue with some of the reviewers. You must have put it on the wrong way around so it just slips off. Flip it and it will hold all the torque you can muster.

Works best as intended with wrenches

I recently wanted to change my kitchen faucet and naively thought I could do it with my hands and a wrench. After some struggle I turned to the internet and found this great tool. It slipped once because I was turning my head the wrong way (so turning the crank opened my jaws instead of squeezing them tighter). After that, the removal went without problems.

Recommended with faucet

Recommended with faucet. I bought and delivered them because I am HC and the bot needs to go to a public place because if I catch this virus I will die! But this wrench will NOT fit or work with nuts of this size that are present or provided by two / I'm stuck with the $14 paper weight! I had to go to Lowess and get the right size for $22! Money thrown away!

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers

Difficult to use. Basically useless.

I bought this product hoping it would make replacing my bathroom faucet easier. I found it completely useless. Impossible to capture anything with this tool. He keeps sliding. After wrestling with this for a while I gave up and used pipe blocking pliers to finish the job. It's basically useless, but I've decided to leave it in the hope that it might be useful in some situations.

Works in tight spaces, requires a crossbar

Does exactly what the name suggests. This is a compact lever wrench made from durable materials. There was a mother, maybe 10 years old, under a large sink, corroded from being near water, and of course in the cramped little space the vanity cabinet affords. With the help of a small rogue (lever) rod, I was able to successfully use this tool to remove the rust and remove the old soap dispenser that was stuck to the sink. Tool 10/10.

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Good quality. Does the job

If you need a sink key, NOTHING WILL WORK! This one is well done. But more importantly, it's well designed. The swivel on top is solid and took all the torque I gave it. But what I really like is that the shaft is made of a very thick-walled square steel tube. I'm glad it wasn't a round tube. I needed more torque, so I was able to put my 12" crescent wrench on the shaft and push hard. I'm glad the capacity has gone up to 1-1/4" instead of just 1" like some others. I needed every piece.
