Not Worth It best in my review

These brakes failed me on the track, causing me to lose control of my vehicle. They were supposed to be performance-oriented, but they fell short. The only good thing about them is that they were easy to install. However, their lackluster performance ultimately makes them not worth the investment.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Poor performance on the track.

These pads (specific part number HB178F. 564) were purchased.

These pads (part number HB178F.564) were purchased for a 2007 Subaru Impreza 2.5i. According to Revane, they are suitable for this car. You are not. They're not even close. I'm pretty sure this is a manufacturer issue, not Revain's, but I wanted to help anyone who might be making the same purchase.

Pros
  • HPS - High Performance Street Brake Compound
Cons
  • old

Really good quality pads

Really good quality pads came with a great lube that lasted a very long time. The initial bite is pretty good. But on my batch I was able to end up with a couple of bad pads because one of them was very difficult to get into my brakes and when braking they would rock the caliper up and down and bang against the side. It doesn't move enough to be annoying, but it does make noise.

Pros
  • High friction/torque hot or cold
Cons
  • Nothing here
