I was so excited when I received my new circle cutter and one day after ordering. However, this was defective. I opened the packaging, pushed the button to retract the blade and the handle got stuck in the knife with the blade extended. It didn't retract the blade and I couldn't unscrew the screw cap to remove the blade. I ordered a different cutter from a competitor. It's scary to use because I'm afraid of cutting my finger.

This circle cutter works great and has many extra and special blades. I've been using the Olfa brand since they came out years ago and have paid a high price for replacement and specialty blades. I have arthritis in my hands and use another brand of rotary knives which are ergonomic and well padded. However, due to a lack of sewing supplies and the need for a different disc cutter for my firelighter blades, I ordered this one. I was very happy with it.
