This system is just a regular piece of plastic with no individual serial or identification number or any indication of passing quality tests for use in vehicles or electronic equipment standards. The voltage shows a variable from 12 to 15 V. WOW! If you go to YouTube, many people complain that the device just randomly turns off, performs several resets, and a hiss comes out of the speakers. Nice but all the factory buttons don't work

Works better than the one I returned, the only problem is the steering wheel buttons don't work. I've done all the troubleshooting and checked all the connections but it still doesn't work. If I don't get support, I'll just return it.
