Description of Efficiently Hang Pictures on Plaster Walls with Heavy Duty Picture Hangers - 100 lbs - 10 Pack - OOK Hanging Hooks

Heavy Duty Picture Hangers support 100 pounds with three picture hanging nails per picture hook. Nails for hanging pictures are sharp pointed nails which make a very small pin size hole in wall - ideal for plaster walls and drywall. Hardened blue steel nails provide maximum support while minimizing wall damage and holes. Strong steel nails won't bend when going into hard plaster walls. Plaster picture hangers and drywall picture hangers for paintings, mirrors and other heavy artwork. Professional Picture Hangers used by museums and art galleries

So far, so good! in hardware

I used two of these anchors to hang a very large painting. The painting isn't very heavy, around 40 pounds, but I wanted to be sure as I didn't hit a nail. They were easy to use, went right into the drywall, and did their job of holding my painting. None of the nails/staples were broken like some of the reviews I saw. Overall I think they work well.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Best Picture Hangers

I usually buy picture hangers from another brand but I tried these because I couldn't find the right size when ordering. I was pleasantly surprised, they were more economical and much more durable. The nails don't bend at all when attaching the hook like I've experienced with my regular brand. Three nails do a good job of sticking to a drywall and holding my large canvases securely

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • Crumpled

Worked great for a heavy mirror

Wanted to hang a fairly heavy expensive mirror. After reading many reviews of different hangers, I decided on these based on comments that they do not hurt, but work well. I particularly liked that I could adjust the overall weight (instructions included) and opted to install hangers with the ability to hold 100lbs for added security, although the mirror was a lot smaller than this I wanted to be sure it would would be removed. Wall. So far so good👍

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Very expensive

I was skeptical but now I think so

I bought this to hang a heavy vintage wall clock with a regulator. I was a bit doubtful at first that they would work (they are rated 100#) but after looking at the material and taking a closer look at the construction and how the 3 nails are held at the exact angle to distribute the load and transfer it to the drywall with little risk. I'm sure it will do the job and hold a heavy object securely. I give him 5 stars.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Negative impression

Inexpensive and does the job very well

We have a 20 kilo ladder but we live in an apartment so we had to be careful the weight didn't pull the hangars out of the wall. The weight of these 100# hooks may have been more than I needed, but it worked. God saves the man who saves himself. I later realized that I needed to lower the ladder a bit and was a little worried about the mark those nails would leave; However, you won't see any holes. I highly recommend this especially if you are staying in Apt.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Excellent hangers Very durable

What to do? I've been renovating the interior of the house since March. Painting, scraping popcorn, new plaster, etc. Finally on to the side quests like hanging the 35lb mirror. After researching different hangers, I settled on the heavy duty picture hangers mainly because if they didn't work I would only have to fix three small holes - putty. I chose to use two hangers - mostly side by side - for more strength. After careful measurement, I hammered in the small nails and was immediately struck

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Some mistakes

Stop drilling big holes in the wall

I was looking for a nail that is light and strong. I have big paintings and an old house. So I tried a few different nails, and if you're a perfectionist like me (and I hope you're not), you might have created bigger holes than you wanted in a few different places. Yes I measured (for those who thought I was just pinning random points) but you know sometimes it just doesn't work lol. even after the measurement. I've also learned that some nails, even with extra support, aren't designed for a…

Fingers crossed this three prong hanging hook will work!

A few months ago the largest framed painting in our house (about 65 pounds) accidentally fell off the wall on our outside stair case. At 3 a.m. the glass of the painting shattered and the frame jammed, completely blocking the stairway to the second floor. Plus huge grooves in the wooden railing, Newell's post. The painting had been on the wall for almost a year when it happened. We cleaned up the mess (our second flight of stairs helped us), drank some vintage whiskey, and went back to bed…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Crumpled
