I bought my hot tub cover over a year and a half ago. It started to come apart. I contacted the company, and they very quickly sent me a replacement. I am very very pleased with their level of service. I would do business with them again.

I had ordered the correct size and had it less than a month and the cover started fading. see pic.Can you warrantee or send new one.Need this replaced asap.8-24-21

we don't use the hot tub much in the depths of the winter, so i got this to protect the cover. I hope in this way, I don't need to buy a new $400 hot tub cover every three years!it fits fairly well, not too tight, but it doesn't seem like the wind is getting under it.I should be able to push it back if we do decide to go in the hot tub in the snow!

An exact fit was not available in the size we needed (88"X88") and, to get an exact fit made would be way more expensive. The 91X91" model fits our spa loose. Time will tell if the wind will loft it, am thinking the vents will prevent that though. Best to go with an exact fit if you can though. 3" inches over what we needed is pretty loose. The cover appears to be made with very good materials and the adjustment band is a good feature as well as the elastic corded bottom.

Great fit and finish but started falling apart way to quick. I live in norther Nevada where the sun is intense and 80-100 degrees all summer and then very cold and windy in the winter. I got about 11months of use before it started to fade and easily tear.

This cover is great. It extends down the sides of my hot tub further than it looks in the picture. The cover appears durable. The fit is excellent even with the arms of the hard cover lifter, it fits great over them. Price is good.I'm very pleased. We will use this off season when we're not using the hot tub. unfortunately the blanket was not waterproof, the hot tub blanket was wet, even though there was little rain. I'm sending some photos. I don’t know what I can do to avoid soaking. After every rainy day, however, you can’t dry the blanket unless you want to see mold if you forget it.The size of the blanket fits the jacuzzi perfectly.I am disappointed, I do not recommend this product

Bought this to replace a cover I bought last year that had self destructed (well, I guess the sun helped, too). So far it holding up and hasn't started to self destruct. I'm hoping I can get a few years out of this cover as these are expensive and I don't want to have to replace them every year.

I had my previous jacuzzi "cover cap" for a few years to protect my "spa cover." It's much more affordable to do it this way versus replacing a brand new hardcore vinyl spa cover (several hundred dollars). We hope this cover cap extends the life of our $300+ vinyl cover for several more years (fingers crossed). The vinyl cover still looks/works like new right now, and this "cover cap" is a great color, and very chic and fitted.

If you want to help save your spa cover, buy this! It not only provides a shield from the the weather & elements, it actually has helped further insulate our plug & play spa! Our heater doesn’t run near as much to maintain the 104 temp. It’s a good thickness, has easy side straps to tighten and secure and is pretty simple to throw it on the top of your padded cover after using your spa. I would definitely purchase again. Excellent fit and easy to install, and remove. Unsure of long term durability as it is still new. Would've liked something with thicker fabric, like canvas, but this worked and was a good price.

The cover came quick and is of nice quality. It fits like a glove (83x83). I wish I would have bought this before. We have been staring at a ripped hot tub cover forever and this was the right price and looks wonderful.

Really unimpressed - this lasted less than 2 years. Failed catastrophically, I'm now sweeping up flaky wet micro plastics from the moisture barrier - all over my deck.1st year was fine, fit OK, but really disappointed to see this only make it thru 2 summers. Completely lost water imperviousness after first year, and when I lifted it off today to let spa cover drain, I found this mess waiting for me.

This is a very nice cover for a hot tub. That's my review. Only complaint I have is, that the tie downs doesn’t want to stay tight.

Bought this for our 7’ stock tank pool. Works great and fits perfectly.Much better quality and thickness than our old Index one. It is a thick canvass type material.

I purchased this to go over my existing insulated cover due to the stitching has given way and with hard rains my cover had started to leak some. Cover it's self was fine just the stitching. This keeps the water out and the sun off the original cover. For the price it works good

This does not fit our hot tub, perfectly, due to our dimensions. However, it’s affordable and works for our intended purpose. The hot Texas sun, all day, takes it’s toll on our hot tub lid. We also don’t have our hot tub under any overhead covering. The price is right and the fit is close enough.

Very pleased with this cover. It’s made of sturdy material, fits great and looks great too. Would definitely recommend.

EASY to install and the fit was excellent for our 95" x 95" hot tub. We had an ice storm the day after we installed the tub. The additional cover kept the temps up during a loss of power that lasted 36 hours.
