Place behind work surface and wall to eliminate vibration and movement noise. They are well built, not crumbly like other brands. Made a big difference in noise reduction and felt the vibration in the wall. I recommend them for any noise cancellation or vibration issues!

Thick foam material. I then used it to decouple my heavy 4 foot floorstanding speakers. The product comes in the form of four pillows. I cut each pad in half to make 8 smaller pads. Place four spacers under the four corners of each speaker. Great progress!
