Wow a great quality knife for ginsu price!

I bought this knife to try out the shape and see if it would be something I would use enough to justify buying a high quality version. Well I won't be buying a high quality version because this one is actually a high quality knife for a crazy low price! The packaging really implies quality and the knife proves it. Feels like it has a full tang, handle is solid and heavy to achieve a good balance and feel, the blade itself is beautiful and the edge stays sharp. I own expensive knives (Wusthoff…

Not a bad knife for the money. It is well balanced and sharp. I haven't used it enough times to see how it holds it's edge. That's my review.

great knife for intermediate users. very sharp and easy to sharpen when needed, but that'll take a while. the handle is comfortable for continued cutting and mundane use as well. great value for the equipment.
