They arrived on time. The package and the shoes were in excellent condition. I'm glad my daughter chose them because she can choose between two bikes and one. The light is great too. They are true to size.

Granddaughter loves these shoes, my sons love them too and my nephew makes them go where she can use them so we're both always on the move.

It was a birthday present. The first pair was too small and that caused problems. Initially, the support team was not easy to work with, but eventually a supervisor showed up who was informative and made my online transaction easier. Unlike the previous leader.
