Based on my observations, this is a great tool for any automotive shop. The Hella vacuum pump is strong and reliable, making it perfect for diagnosing and repairing air conditioning systems. The pump is easy to use and has helped me complete a variety of repairs quickly and efficiently. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud, but the power it provides makes up for the noise. Overall, I highly recommend this product to any automotive technician looking for a dependable vacuum pump.

UP30 vacuum pump ensures strong braking performance when converting my electric car. This heavy duty pump draws 22 vacuum in about 10 seconds, refills vacuum quickly during use, old UP28 took 2x longer, went out when stopping and moving with no vacuum = handbrakes = HARD stop! This pump is also quieter than the other, a pleasant surprise!

I used it on a Cutlass 70 convertible with a burned out SBC engine that only had about 9 inches of vacuum at idle. Needless to say, power brakes did not have a power booster.
