I like that you can use it for free, but there are paid plans as well to help with more advanced features such as customizing call lists or using multiple agents per number/caller ID if needed! The interface could be improved in some areas - specifically when adding new users (i think). We're able solve customer service issues faster than ever before by having all our reps talk directly into one phone line instead of many different ones which were previously used individually throughout eachβ¦
