I like that you can use it for free, but there are paid plans as well to help with more advanced features such as customizing call lists or using multiple agents per number/caller ID if needed! The interface could be improved in some areas - specifically when adding new users (i think). We're able solve customer service issues faster than ever before by having all our reps talk directly into one phone line instead of many different ones which were previously used individually throughout each office location at other times during peak hours / busy weeks etc.. This helps us keep track who's talking where so we know what time zone they need support from next depending upon their availability & also lets them switch between calls without missing any important information since everyone has access via an online dashboard system too now!! It was difficult trying out this product initially because most companies do not offer something similar yet have been surprised how easy-touse even non technical people find these tools once explained properly.
