Hemptique Yellow and White Baker's Twine Spool for Crafts and Baking – BTS2YEL-W Review

It's definitely a rope. Beautiful and durable for packing and crafting. I have the yellow and white striped version. Kinda cute but subtle. Thumbs up for a cord.

Bought this for an art project and am very pleased with the looks and durability. On this string I have strung a series of keys from a wooden dowel for an interactive sound work. It might even work for its intended purpose!

I bought this yarn because of the bright yellow color in the photo. The yellow is actually very light. The yarn is good quality, thinner than I expected but I am very disappointed that the color does not match the picture.

I needed a pretty colorful yarn for wedding invitations. I was concerned about the color but ended up matching the posted image very well - it's a very pretty bright golden yellow. Not mean at all and not too neon yellow! And it is very soft and comfortable to work with :)

Product is MUCH smaller than shown. It's great quality but I bought it for school and it's not very big. About as tall as tomato paste and not as big. I would like to see something next to him in the photo to imagine how tiny he is.

When I found this I was looking in the arts and crafts and was looking for rope or twine. I was expecting it to be much thicker and with more colors. And so it's very fragile and looks more like a thread, so tiny! And the color is very muted. Maybe it's good for some uses, but not what I need it for. Was disappointed.

This yarn is double ply so it can be used for knitting, but for crafts you may need to double the gauge. It is suitable for projects and scrapbooking as well as accent items or closed boxes for a professional look. Just note that this is a two-ply yarn. So if you want a thicker yarn, you need to consider the Maya Road brand instead.
