Description of πŸ”‘ Henrida Keyless Entry Remote Key Housing Replacement for Honda Accord Civic Ex Pilot Key Fob Shell Case, Honda 3+1 Button with Screwdriver - Black/Red (Pack of 2)

A great replacement key case for Honda cars without blades. No electronics or circuit boards included. There is only an empty key shell. This is a replacement part to match the original in form and function.Only the housing, no blades, no electronics or circuit boards. No programming is required. Just remove the original electronics and key blade inside the original key shell and install them to the new key shell with the screwdriver. If the original Honda key remote housing looks the same as the picture shows, this keyless entry remote key fob housing will fit. Please note that this replacement key case does not have a chip holder. These shells are made of high-quality plastic. Durable material. If you have any questions about this product, please feel free to contact us.

Broke almost immediately

The screw was too long and didn't fit the key snugly. The plastic broke after a few days due to a poor fit. I would not recommend that.

A cheap way to replace a broken plastic cover.

No instructions but easy to understand. The plastic shell of the old key has a built in chip that needs to be cut out and glued into the new shell. The car rolls over but won't start until the chip is transferred. If you throw away the old cover and don't transfer the chip to the new key, it will be useless.

  • It pisses me off

This saved us a lot of money!

We just bought a used pilot and both keys were terrible. Replacing the keys at the dealer would cost over $200. So we took less than $10. Coincidence in these cases, and it was worth it. He took the insides out of the battered keys and put them together. Simple, cheap and worry-free. Better than new working keys and won't break the bank.
